ADOPTION APPLICATION FORMS

Amazing Grace Equine Sanctuary, Inc (AGES) requires ALL applications be submitted with the following:

  1. Photographs of the pastures, fencing, barn, and stalls.

  2. Any other horses/ponies at the facility where the horse/pony will be kept.

  3. $15 Application Fee; this fee is non-refundable, however, will be applied to the adoption fee upon approval of your application.

Amazing Grace reserves the right to request additional information or pictures to complete the underwriting process and may require a visit to your facility before your application can be approved.
